PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project explored the rehabilitation and expansion of a 1956 ranch-style home through a conceptual density study developed during the inspection period, while the property was under purchase agreement. Working closely with the client, the study translated their needs into a coordinated concept plan that could be presented to the city prior to closing. The resulting site plan addressed key site constraints and received conditional approval, establishing a clear path forward for future renovation.
